Vintage Brass Nataraja Statue

This is a very beautiful handmade brass statue of lord shiva depicted as Natraja the dancing god. The dance signifies putting an end to this exhausted world and creating a new world through lord Brahma who is responsible for the creation of the universe. In this statue lord shive is dancing With one leg on the demon and the other is lifted with a background of ring of flames. In one hand he holds the damru and the other is in abhayamudra mudra.
