For all the garlic lovers, you can enjoy it more during this coronavirus pandemic as it not only adds a pleasant aroma and tastes to the food, but it is also equally healthy. It has a high concentration of sulphur-containing compounds which helps control the blood pressures levels and reduces the risk of heart diseases.

A healthy and balanced diet is essential to boost your immunity. But at the same time, it is equally necessary to take some immune-boosting supplements to keep you fit and active all day long.

You can start with some basic yoga such as ‘pranayama’ that will help you calm your nerves. Various YouTube channels offer daily yoga and meditation sessions so that you can get proper guidance over it.

Avoid travelling

Travel only when it is essential. Try to stay home as much as you can. You are safe when you are at home as you avoid contact with the public. Avoid travelling to public places or places where there are any social gatherings.

Even if you have to make an unavoidable journey, wear a mask and avoid touching your face. Apart from it, wear gloves to avoid touching public exposed objects as this virus stays on surfaces for some time. Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer as much as you can and wherever possible.

Keep the elderly and infants safe.

Coronavirus or any flu affects majorly young children from the age group of 0-5 years and older adults of age above 60 years. It is advisable to keep both the age inside your homes. Older adults often prefer to do what they want to do. Still, it’s the responsibility of other family members to make them understand the need for staying indoors and how they can prevent themselves from getting ill.
